Holidays are some of the busiest times of the year for pet boarding, and we know how important it is to have a safe, reliable, and comfortable place for your dog while youāre away.
At All Pets Sitting, we are a low-volume, in-home boarding service in Garland, Texas. Rather than operating like a large boarding facility, we intentionally limit the number of dogs in our care so we can provide personalized attention, supervised play, enrichment, and a comfortable home environment.
Because space is especially limited during major holidays, premium holiday rates apply during designated holiday periods.

Why Do Holiday Rates Differ?
Holiday boarding requires additional planning and comes with significantly higher demand.
Our goal isnāt to pack in as many reservations as possible. We continue to keep our boarding numbers limited during holidays so the dogs staying with us can receive the same level of individualized care theyāre accustomed to.
Holiday pricing helps us maintain that low-volume approach during our most requested dates.
Christmas & New Yearās Peak Period šš
Our busiest boarding period of the year is December 20 through January 2.
A 3-night minimum stayĀ applies to reservations during the Christmas and New Yearās peak period.
If youāre planning holiday travel, we strongly recommend reserving these dates as early as possible. Once our available spaces are filled, we may not be able to accommodate additional reservations.
Holiday Reservation & Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve holiday boarding dates.
Your reservation is not officially confirmed until the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at drop-off unless another arrangement has been made in advance.
Holiday pricing is based on the dates of the reservation. If your stay overlaps one of our designated holiday periods, the applicable holiday pricing will apply.
Holiday Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. However, holiday boarding spaces are extremely limited and can be difficult to refill at the last minute.
For holiday reservations:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled drop-offĀ may have the deposit applied as a credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before drop-offĀ will forfeit the deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are responsible for the full reserved stay.
Picking up earlier than originally scheduled does not reduce the amount due for the dates reserved.
Date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation when requested within the 7-day cancellation window.
New to All Pets Sitting?
Our standard vaccination, temperament, and boarding requirements continue to apply during holiday stays.
For new boarding clients, we require a trial daycare/temperament assessment before the first boarding stay. This allows your dog to become familiar with us and our environment while giving our team an opportunity to make sure our home-based boarding setup is the right fit for your dog.

Drop-off and pickup times must also be scheduled in advance.
