We’re So Excited to Welcome New Clients This Year!

A new year means new beginnings — and at All Pets Sitting, we are thrilled to welcome new clients and their pets into our care! Whether you’re joining us for boarding, grooming, or both, we want your experience (and your pet’s) to be smooth, safe, and stress-free from day one.

One of the ways we do that is through our client information forms, which help us get to know your pet as an individual — not just a name on the schedule.

Why Our Information Forms Matter

Every pet is different. From personality quirks to medical needs, having accurate, up-to-date information allows us to:

  • Provide personalized care

  • Maintain a safe environment

  • Reduce stress for your pet

  • Communicate clearly with you if questions or concerns arise

These forms are not about paperwork for paperwork’s sake — they’re about advocacy for your pet.

Boarding Clients: Pet Information & Care Details

For boarding and extended care services, we ask clients to complete our Pet Information Form (Pet Resume). This form helps us understand your pet’s daily routine and health background, including:

  • Veterinary contact information

  • Emergency contacts

  • Vaccination status

  • Feeding instructions

  • Allergies, medications, or past injuries

  • Personality notes and behavioral insights

The more we know, the better we can replicate your pet’s normal routine and ensure they feel comfortable and secure while staying with us  .

Grooming Clients: Grooming Intake & Service Request Form

For grooming services, we require our Grooming Intake & Service Request Form, which focuses specifically on your dog’s grooming needs and sensitivities. This includes:

  • Requested grooming services and style preferences

  • Handling sensitivities (ears, feet, face, nails, etc.)

  • Behavioral responses during grooming

  • Skin, coat, and allergy considerations

  • Relevant medical or mobility concerns

This information helps us tailor each grooming session to your dog and avoid unnecessary discomfort or stress, especially for dogs with pre-existing conditions or special handling needs  .

A Team Approach to Pet Care

We believe the best care happens when pet parents and care providers work together. Honest communication and thorough information allow us to make informed decisions that prioritize your pet’s comfort, safety, and emotional well-being.

If something changes — a new medication, a recent ear infection, or a shift in behavior — we always encourage updates. Your transparency helps us advocate for your pet.

Ready to Get Started?

If you’re new to All Pets Sitting, we can’t wait to meet you and your pet! Completing the appropriate information forms before your first service helps everything run smoothly and ensures your pet receives the individualized care they deserve.

Thank you for trusting us with your pets. We’re excited for an amazing year ahead filled with happy tails, clean coats, and positive experiences.
